4月13日會友與教會關懷

CONGREGATION & CHURCH CONCERNS for April 13, 2008:
(English)
1. Every Friday evening we have two prayer meetings: English at 7:30 in the sanctuary led by Brother Miguel Stack; Chinese at 8:00 pm in the dinning hall led by Pastor Chan and others while we share devotional messages from Chinese scholars in the DVD. Please come and pray for the people and for the work of our church.
2. Ottawa Heart for Asia Conference featuring OMF missionaries ministering in East Asia will be held Saturday, May 3rd, 2008 1:30 pm – 6:00 pm at St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church 971 Woodroffe Ave. North. Conclude with a complimentary supper at 5:00 pm. Call Evelyn Armstrong, 613-723-5650 for details.
3. Biweekly Bible study fellowship on the Gospel of John led by Brother Patrick Wong will continue this Saturday April 19 at Brother Liang Yi and Sister Li Li’s home. 35 Borealis Cres., Ottawa. Bible study at 7:30 pm followed by a topical discussion on faith and life, concludeed by intercessory prayer. All are welcome.
4. Brother Yan Dong Yuan’s parents are applying for visa to come over to Canada from Tian Jin to have reunion with Dong Yuan’s family. We pray for their speedy completion of the process.
5. Every Wednesday night 7：30 PM English prayer of intercession is held in the board room led by Rev. Fred Milnes and Rev. & Mrs. Gerry Fuller alternatively. Rev. Wilson Chan participates to watch and pray for this church. Please come and pray with us.
6. Chinese Association of the United Church of Canada annual meeting and Continuing Education Convention 2008 will be held April 17-20 in the Winnipeg Chinese United Church. Rev. Wilson Chan will attend as the delegate from our church. On April 20 while Rev. Chan is away, Rev. Dr. Gerry Fuller has kindly accepted to be the guest preacher for our Sunday worship. Please come and hear the inspiring message from him.
7. Brother Ming Deng has passed his driving test in the past week. We praise the Lord for granting him with the Ontario driver permit.

1. 逢周五晚上我們有兩個祈禱會：由Miguel Stack弟兄帶領的英文禱告於7時半在禮拜堂舉行；由陳牧師和弟兄姊妹帶領的中文禱告於8時在飯廳舉行，我們先看錄像見證，再為關懷事情祈禱。請為教會的事工和弟兄姊妹常常禱告。
2. 渥太華關懷亞洲心大會於5月3日下午1時半到六時在St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church 971 Woodroffe Ave. North.舉行。他們將會報告海外宣教士團契的工作，最後5時團契晚飯。詳情可向Evelyn Armstrong, 613-723-5650查詢。
3. 每兩週一次約翰福音查經團契由黃子添弟兄帶領本星期六4月19日在梁毅夫婦家中35 Borealis Cres., Ottawa舉行。7時半開始查經，繼有討論信仰與生活問題最後有互相代禱和團契時間。歡迎您參加。
4. 閻冬昀弟兄的父母親正伸請簽證從天津到加拿大與冬昀家庭團聚。我們為他們禱告願他們早日成功，一家團聚。
5. 逢星期三晚上7時半英語禱告會在會議室舉行。由 Rev. Fred Milnes and Rev. & Mrs. Gerry Fuller 輪流帶領，陳偉甡牧師守望儆醒禱告。請您來與我們一起為教會守望禱告。
6. 加拿大聯合教會華人協會年會及延伸學習大會定2008年4月17-20日在溫尼泊華人聯合教會舉行。我們教會派陳偉甡牧師為代表出席。在陳牧師開會期間，4月20日主日崇拜我們邀請嘉賓講員Rev. Dr. Gerry Fuller蒞臨擔任證道。請各位弟兄姊妹踴躍返堂以聆教益。
7. 鄧鳴弟兄上周考駕照及格，感謝神賜他成功以後可以開車服事關懷更多有需要的人.
