CONGREGATION & CHURCH CONCERNS:
1. Today we light the Third Advent candle of Love to proclaim the coming of the light of God into the world. With the coming of this light there is love. Such great love helps us to love God and one another.
2. All church New Year’s eve thanksgiving celebration will be held on Dec. 31st 2008 Wednesday at Shupang & Lienpo Chou’s home. 622 Chenier Way Orleans. 6 pm potluck dinner followed by games, testimonies, reflection and fellowship. Please mark your calendar and come to give thanks for God’s blessings in the past year.
3. This Friday Dec. 19 evening 8:00 pm Rev. Gerry Fuller and his wife Mrs. Norma Fuller will lead Bible Study and prayer in the dinning hall. We will pray for our parishioners and for our ministry. All are welcome.
4. This Saturday Dec. 20 evening 6:00 pm Chinese Scholars’ Evangelist Testimony on DVD will be held in the dinning hall featuring second lecture of a new series by Rev. Hong Zi Jian. All are welcome.
5. All church Christmas celebration is scheduled for Dec. 21, Sunday. Worship will begin at 10 am. Celebration will begin at 11:30 am. Brother Calvin Cui and Sister Amy Yi will be host and hostess for the event. Sister Nan Wang will be team leader for decorations. Sister Wu Di and Sister Amy Yi will be team leaders for programs. If you want to volunteer and help, please contact the leaders.
6. The 2009 offering envelopes have arrived. Offering envelopes help us to be faithful in giving to the Lord’s work. Please see Brother Yi Liang for your envelopes.
7. We thank God for Brother Miguel Stack who sanded and varnish the alter floor. Today we have a shinny stage to worship God.
8. Church council meeting is scheduled for 17th Dec. this Wednesday at 7:45 pm at the board room. All council members please attend.

4. 本星期六12月20日下午6时，中国学者传道人布道光碟见证晚会有『洪予健讲道集』。请带新朋友来参加。
5. 全堂性圣诞庆祝定於12月21日星期天上午举行。主日崇拜将提早在10点开始。庆祝节目在11点半开始。崔光明弟兄，易珊红姊妹将担任男女司仪。王楠姊妹是布置组组长；吴镝姊妹和易珊红姊妹是节目组组长。如果您有兴趣帮手，请向组长们联络。
