CONGREGATION & CHURCH CONCERNS:
1. Today we light the fourth Advent candle of Joy to proclaim the coming of the light of God into the world. With the coming of this light there is Joy. Joy that is our not only at Christmas but always.
2. All church New Year’s eve thanksgiving celebration will be held on Dec. 31st 2008 Wednesday at Shupang & Lienpo Chou’s home. 622 Chenier Way Orleans. 6 pm potluck dinner followed by games, testimonies, reflection and fellowship. Please mark your calendar and come to give thanks for God’s blessings in the past year.
3. Rev. Wilson Chan will be on vacation Dec. 25, 2008—Jan. 8, 2009. Rev. Bill Carruthers will preach on the last Sunday of Dec., Rev. Gerry Fuller will preach on the first Sunday of January with Rev. Mel Newman conducting the holy Communion. We thank them for their loving service.
4. This Saturday Dec. 27 evening 7:30 pm Bible study fellowship will be held at the home of Brother Frank Pan and Sister Linda’s. We will read the Bible and share reflections on life and work. All are welcome
5. We welcome into our spiritual family Sister Sun Yun Hong who joins our church today through the holy rite of adult baptism..
6. The 2009 offering envelopes have arrived. Offering envelopes help us to be faithful in giving to the Lord’s work. Please see Brother Yi Liang for your envelopes.
7. We thank Sister Irene Wong for donating life Christmas flowers to beautify the altar in the sanctuary.

会友与教会关怀：
1. 今天是将临节第四主日。我们燃点代表喜乐的烛光，耶稣基督的降生赐给我们喜乐，不单只在圣诞节，而且在我们每天的生活中。
2. 全堂性除夕感恩會於12月31日星期三在周樹邦夫婦家中舉行. 622 Chenier Way Orleans. 下午6時potluck晚餐随後有感恩，见证，分享，游戏等活动, 请预留时间参加，为一年来蒙上帝祝福同颂主恩.
3. 主任陈伟甡牧师在2008年12月25日到2009年1月8日放假。BILL CARRUTHERS牧师将担任12月最後主日讲道。GERRY FULLER牧师将担任一月第一个主日讲道，并有ＭＥＬ　ＮＥＷＭＡＮ牧师主持圣餐。我们多谢他们爱心的事奉。
4. 本星期六12月27日下午7时30分，家庭查经聚会在潘文和衣晓霞的家中举行，内容有查经和生活与工作上的分享和团契，欢迎参加。
5. 欢迎孙韫红姊妹今天藉着领受成人洗礼，成为我们属灵家庭一分子。
