5月11日會友與教會關懷

CONGREGATION & CHURCH CONCERNS for May 11, 2008:
(English)
1. Every Friday evening we have two prayer meetings: English at 7:30 in the sanctuary led by Brother Miguel Stack; Chinese at 8:00 pm in the dinning hall led by Pastor Chan, Rev. Gerry Fuller and others while we share devotional messages from Chinese scholars in the DVD. Please come and pray for the people and for the work of our church.
2. Biweekly Bible study fellowship on the Gospel of John led by Brother Patrick Wong will continue this Saturday May 17 at Brother Liang Yi and Sister Li Li’s home. 35 Borealis Crescent Ottawa. Bible study at 7:30 pm followed by testimony and discussion on faith and life, concluded by intercessory prayer. All are welcome.
3. Global Day of Prayer is scheduled for tonight Pentecost Sunday May 11, 2008 6 pm at Dominion Chalmers United Church. This is a call to repentance and unified prayer 24 hours a day and 7 days a week in all nations. Let’s start the prayer watch today. We pray God to change the destiny of our nation, raise up praying warriors to revive the church and the city.
4. "The Ontario Health Department staff and Fire Marshal will come to inspect our church soon as a result of the daycare application. The church property committee wishes to clean up and discard all unwanted stuff in the basement storage rooms and hallways – things such as old clothes, car tires and things blocking the doorways etc. Members who have stored such items in the church basement please have them removed as soon as possible. If there are concerns please contact Sam Chu or Wei Wang."
5. Every Wednesday night 7：30 PM English prayer of intercession is held in the board room led by Rev. Fred Milnes and Rev. & Mrs. Gerry Fuller alternatively. Rev. Wilson Chan participates to watch and pray for this church. Please come and pray with us.
6. Brother En Nai Huang’s father passed away to be with the Lord in Bei Jing last week. En Nai and his son Jeffery were there and will stay for another week until funeral service finishes. His wife Wu Di and daughter Boyu are still in Ottawa. We pray for God’s comfort for the family during their grieving period.
7. To improve our church ministry we are conducting a survey. Please fill out the survey form in the bulletin insert. You need to sign your name at the bottom to prove your identity. But it will be detached later to protect your confidentiality. Please return it to the suggestion box in the back of the sanctuary. Deadline is May 11.
8．Sister Connie Wang is travelling in China until end of June. She will visit Bei Jing, Tian Jin, Kuen Ming and Shang Hai together with her brother Yi Hang who joins her from Taiwan. We pray for their safe and pleasant trip.

1. 逢周五晚上我們有兩個祈禱會：由Miguel Stack弟兄帶領的英文禱告於7時半在禮拜堂舉行；由陳牧師Rev. Gerry Fuller和弟兄姊妹帶領的中文禱告於8時在飯廳舉行，我們先看錄像見證，再為關懷事情祈禱。請為教會的事工和弟兄姊妹常常禱告。
2. 每兩週一次約翰福音查經團契由黃子添弟兄帶領本星期六5月17日在梁毅夫婦家中35 Borealis Crescent Ottawa舉行。7時半開始查經，繼有見證和討論信仰與生活問題最後有互相代禱和團契時間。歡迎您參加。
3. 環球祈禱日定今天聖靈降臨節5月11日晚上六點在Dominion Chalmers United Church舉行。這是一個萬國每天24小時每周7天的悔罪聯合守望禱告。我們求神改變我們國家的命運。興起祈禱勇士，復興教會與城市裏的信徒。
4. 應日託中心的申請安省衛生部官員和消防局幫辦將到本堂查察。樓業委員會須要清潔及掃除地庫儲物房和走廊雜物--諸如舊衣服，車胎，和其他擋住通道的東西等等。教友如果有以上東西放在地庫，請盡快把它們清理。如有問題請與朱浥和弟兄或王蔚弟兄聯絡。
5. 逢星期三晚上7時半英語禱告會在會議室舉行。由 Rev. Fred Milnes and Rev. & Mrs. Gerry Fuller 輪流帶領，陳偉甡牧師守望儆醒禱告。請您來與我們一起為教會守望禱告。
6. 黃恩乃弟兄的爸爸於上周在北京安息在上帝的懷中。恩乃和兒子Jeffery已到了那邊，他們一周後舉行過安息禮拜便回來。吳鏑和女兒博禺仍留在渥太華。求主安慰他們一家人經過這個哀傷的時期。
7. 为改善教会事工，本堂舉行問卷調查。请把周刊附著的问卷填写。請签名于下方以证明您的身份。之後我們會把名字与内容分开，以尊重私隱，并請于5月11日前交回放入礼拜堂后面之意见箱内。
8. 王康妮姊妹往中國旅行到六月尾才回來。她將探訪北京，天津，昆明和上海。哥哥王益航將從臺灣來與她相伴。願主祝福他們旅途平安愉快。
