CONGREGATION & CHURCH CONCERNS for May 18, 2008:
(English)
1. Every Friday evening we have two prayer meetings: English at 7:30 in the sanctuary led by Brother Miguel Stack; Chinese at 8:00 pm in the dinning hall led by Pastor Chan, Rev. Gerry Fuller and others while we share devotional messages from Chinese scholars in the DVD. Please come and pray for the people and for the work of our church.
2. The biweekly Chinese scholars’ testimony series continues to meet this Saturday May 24 with a testimony on DVD by Rev. Liu Tong Su in the dinning hall. Dinner at 6:00 pm; presentation at 7:15 pm; and group discussions at 8:30 pm. New seekers and old timers to the Christian faith are equally welcome.
3. In response to the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck southwest China on May 12, let all Chinese Christians join in to watch and pray for our fellow Chinese people. We pray for peace and mercy from God to heal our native land in China.
4. "The Ontario Health Department staff and Fire Marshal will come to inspect our church soon as a result of the daycare application. The church property committee wishes to clean up and discard all unwanted stuff in the basement storage rooms and hallways – things such as old clothes, car tires and things blocking the doorways etc. Members who have stored such items in the church basement please have them removed as soon as possible. If there are concerns please contact Sam Chu or Wei Wang."
5. Every Wednesday night 7：30 PM English prayer of intercession is held in the board room led by Rev. Fred Milnes and Rev. & Mrs. Gerry Fuller alternatively. Rev. Wilson Chan participates to watch and pray for this church. Please come and pray with us.
6. As Sister He Ying’s father and mother have arrived in Canada from China yesterday, we thank God for the family reunion of Hong Ying and He Ying’s household.
7. As Brother Wei Wang’s father and mother have arrived in Canada from China yesterday, we thank God for the happy family reunion of Wei Wang and Zeng Ni’s household.
8．Council meeting is scheduled for May 22 Thursday 7:30 pm at the boardroom. All council members please attend.

1. 逢周五晚上我們有兩個祈禱會：由Miguel Stack弟兄帶領的英文禱告於7時半在禮拜堂舉行；由陳牧師Rev. Gerry Fuller和弟兄姊妹帶領的中文禱告於8時在飯廳舉行，我們先看錄像見證，再為關懷事情祈禱。請為教會的事工和弟兄姊妹常常禱告。
2. 逢雙週舉行一次的中國學人在美國如何獻身信仰的見證光碟系列晚會本星期六5月24日下午六時由劉同蘇牧師在DVD見證。6時晚飯，7時15分劉牧師見證講道，8時半分組回應討論，無論您是初信的還是舊信徒，我們都歡迎您加入這個團契。
3. 由於中國許多地方發生了地震，特别是四川地震帶來的損失很大，在這樣的光景中，我們基督徒應該起來，為百姓守望禱告。願我們在主愛中同心為中國大地在地震災難中的百姓禱告求平安！
4. 應日託中心的申請安省衛生部官員和消防局幫辦將到本堂查察。樓業委員會須要清潔及掃除地庫儲物房和走廊雜物--諸如舊衣服，車胎，和其他擋住通道的東西等等。教友如果有以上東西放在地庫，請盡快把它們清理。如有問題請與朱浥和弟兄或王蔚弟兄聯絡。
5. 逢星期三晚上7時半英語禱告會在會議室舉行。由 Rev. Fred Milnes 與陳偉甡牧師輪流帶領，守望儆醒禱告。請您來與我們一起為教會守望禱告。
6. 何瑩姊妹的爸爸和媽媽已於昨天從中國抵達加拿大，我們為胡紅營和何瑩的家庭快樂團聚感謝上帝。
7. 王蔚的爸爸和媽媽已於昨天從中國抵達加拿大，我們為王蔚和曾霓的家庭快樂團聚感謝上帝。
8. 堂會會議定於本星期四5月22日下午7時半在會議廳舉行。請各堂會職員出席。
